88 arrested in an incident! High Court questions the state in Naushad case

By A Staff Reporter : In Naushad Siddiqui's arrest case, burned the face of the state in the High Court.A division bench of Justice Jaimalya Bagchi asked the state whether 88 people can be arrested in one incident.According to the court, 1-2 people can be taken into custody in such an incident.The state was also asked whether there are video recordings to prove the role of the 88 arrested.But besides the state, the lawyer of the ISF MLA was also questioned.It is said that this type of role of a leader or legislator is accepetable! This kind of behavior can be done in the name of democracy! Can this kind of irregular behavior be done in the name of protest? It Can't be expected from political leaders.
