BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia's Ministry of Emergencies said six people, including two children, were killed in a fire in a multi-storey building in the center of Moscow. The ministry said nine people were injured in the fire and 200 people were evacuated from the hotel building. Russia's investigative committee said it had launched a criminal case to investigate the cause of the fire on the fifth floor of the building.
