BY A STAFF REPORTER: Clashes broke out between security personnel and protesters in Itanagar on Friday to protest against the question paper leak of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC). Meanwhile, the video of the incident has gone viral on social media. IGP Chukhu Apa said, "Security personnel were forced to fire tear gas and baton charge on the protesters to bring the situation under control. Four security personnel were injured during the clash. Adequate security personnel have been deployed in the Itanagar capital."
