BY A STAFF REPORTER: BJP MP and former Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb casts his vote in Gomti on Thursday. After casting vote, Biplab says, "We don't see any election as big or small. The people are the greatest and it is our duty to respect them. They gave us power in 2018 and despite Covid, we have worked in all sectors of the state. People know that very well." Targeting the opposition, Biplab Deb said, "Tripura was immersed in darkness for a long time. Today, the youth are hopeful, the women have a smile on their faces and the elderly have reposed faith in the BJP. Today, people are making decisions for their own future. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the BJP will again form the government with a majority in the state.''
