Panchayat poll notification can't be issued right now, says division bench

There is no notification of panchayat polls till further orders. The division bench extended the interim order. The division bench also stayed the issuance of the poll notification till the next date of hearing on February 27. A division bench of the High Court passed the order in the wake of Suvendu's case seeking reorganisation of seats of central forces and backward classes.
