As per PMO, PM Modi will inaugurate the 'Aadi Mahotsav' at major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi at 10.30 am on February 16. Tribal Affairs Minister Arjun Munda said, one thousand tribal artisans and artists from 28 States and Union Territories will take part in the festival.
