BY A STAFF REPORTER: Police have arrested a teenager in a small town outside Sao Paulo on Monday for allegedly trying to attack a school wearing a Nazi armband. No one was injured in the incident at Monte Intersection, a municipality of 56,000 residents about 120 kilometers northwest of Sao Paulo. Sao Paulo police said the 17-year-old boy had been arrested with explosives and hatchets. Police also said they had seized an airsoft gun and a Nazi campaign from the teenager's home.
