BY A STAFF REPORTER: Turkey's health ministry said at least 19,300 people injured in the quake were being treated in hospitals. Of them, 3,636 are in intensive care units (ICUs), the ministry said. According to the ministry, at least 8,851 patients had to undergo surgery and some of them had already been discharged.
