BY A STAFF REPORTER: A gas balloon cylinder exploded in Joynagar in South 24 Parganas. Four people lost their lives and several others were injured in the accident. Two of the injured are in critical condition. It is learned that the cylinder of the gas balloon burst in the middle of the crowd of the fair in Jayanagar, but the investigation has started to find out how the incident took place.
