By A Staff Reporter : High Court ordered to withdraw recommendation letter of 1 thousand 911 job recipients in Group D case.Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay directed the commission to immediately issue a notification to withdraw it.Similarly, the commission issued a notification withdrawing the recommendation of 1 thousand 911 people.1 thousand 911 people lost their jobs in Group D positions.Earlier, the court ordered the commission to submit the affidavit by 12 noon. Affidavits are directed to be uploaded within 5 minutes of submission.According to Justice Gangopadhyay's order, 1 thousand 911 people should be taken into custody and interrogated by the CBI.Along with this, Justice Gangopadhyay also ordered the Central Education Board to withdraw the appointment letter and issue a notification.Similarly, within 5 minutes, the Board of Madhya Shiksha started the process of uploading the order to withdraw the appointment letter.
