BY A STAFF REPORTER: At least 28,044 people have been evacuated from Turkey's southern province of Kahramanmaras, near the epicentre of Monday's devastating earthquake. Turkey's disaster management agency AFAD said at least 23,437 people had been evacuated by air and 4,607 by road and rail as of 11:38 a.m. local time on Thursday.
