Vincent Pala is out of his mind. Congress will not even reach double digit, claimed flamboyant spokesperson of ruling NPP and party candidate from Shillong, Ampareen Lyngdoh. Speaking to ANM News while campaigning, Lyngdoh mentioned that NPP has beaten the anti incumbency factor.
``I can feel that people have understood that NPP and Conrad Sangma have undertaken several development works for the people of the state,'' she said. Lyngdoh is ``sure of winning'' and mentioned that the NPP led coalition will push through the hustings.
