Massive faceoff at Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Adani storm across Parliament

New Delhi: Both houses of Parliament on Wednesday became hot over a number of issues, including the Adani issue. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge said, "If I tell the truth, is it anti-national? I am not a traitor. I'm more patriotic than everyone else here. I am a "son of the soil"... This government is looting the country and telling me that I am a traitor." Kharge also questioned why this government was helping Adani. On behalf of the BJP, Piyush Goyal said, "Do the opposition have any evidence of what they are alleging?" On Rahul Gandhi's allegations in the Lok Sabha, Ravi Shankar Prasad said, "Rahul Gandhi has misled Parliament on how the Adani Group got the tender during the UPA regime.
