BY A STAFF REPORTER: At least 24 people were killed and 53 others injured in a second day of clashes in Somalia's isolated Somaliland region, two doctors said. On Tuesday, Somaliland said fighters from Puntland, a semi-autonomous region of neighboring Somalia, were battling local militias in the town of Las Anad. Two doctors said the bodies of 58 people had been brought to the government hospital in Las Anode since the clashes broke out on Monday morning.
