By a Staff Reporter: High Madrasa Management Committee polls in Malda are in a frenzy. Clashes broke out between two Trinamool groups in Batna area of Malda's Ratu. Two factions of the ruling party have fielded candidates separately in the six seats of the High Madrasa. However, as soon as the voting started on this day, there was a clash between the two groups.
