Murshidabad's school under CID's eye for illegal recruitment of teachers

By A Staff Reporter : The name of Suti Gotha AR High School in Murshidabad came up amid the arrests one after another in the teacher recruitment scandal.The school is under CID's watch over the illegal recruitment of teachers.The former school inspector and the then staff of the DI office are summoned to Bhavani Bhavan on Monday.CID officers went to investigate that school in Suti last Monday.They interrogated the teaching and non- teaching staff of the school.Incidentally, in 2019, the head teacher was accused of inserting the son's name in the list after receiving approval for the appointment of teachers. Subsequently, a case was filed in Calcutta High Court.
