BY A STAFF REPORTER: Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha were adjourned till 2 pm due to uproar by the opposition in the morning. However, as soon as the session resumed after 2 pm, the opposition started a fresh ruckus. The Rajya Sabha was adjourned till 2.30 pm. On the other hand, the Lok Sabha session has been adjourned till February 6.
