SC Issues Notice To Centre On Plea Against Censoring BBC Documentary On PM Modi

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice to the Centre on a plea seeking a direction restraining it from banning a BBC documentary on the 2002 Gujarat riots. The apex court has already sought a response from the Centre within three weeks. The next hearing of the BBC documentary will be held in April.​
