Budding sports talents are identified from annual grassroots and national level competitions and selected for this competition. Sports talent is identified through Khela India e-Khel Pathshalas, Khelo India Centres, Khelo India State Centers of Excellence (KISCE), Khelo India Accredited Academy among other training institutes.
