Akhil Giri's comments on President: HC Order to drop CM's name from case

By A Staff Reporter : A Public Interest Litigation was filed in Calcutta High Court due to Minister Akhil Giri's ugly comments against President Draupadi Murmu.

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was made a party in that case.This time, the Chief Justice's division bench ordered to drop the name of the Chief Minister.
