BY A STAFF REPORTER: An earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale hit Kyrgyz capital Bishkek on Monday morning, according to the Country's National Center for Seismology (NCS). In a tweet, the NCS said the quake struck the Kyrgyz capital at 5:20 a.m.
