BY A STAFF REPORTER: The dispute over the India-Myanmar border has started again and again. In the meantime, Eastern Army Commander, Lieutenant General R P Kalita, has talks about the border issue. He says, 'Movements take place along the Indo-Myanmar border and arms and ammunitions are being smuggled. It’s a porous border and hence there are difficulties but we are aware of it and taking measures.'
