Army does not keep proof of operations: Lt Gen RP Kalita

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Army put a lid to the controversy developing over demand for video of surgical strike over Balakote. Speaking to the media, general officer commanding in chief eastern command Lt Gen RP Kalita mentioned that army does not carry any proof of surgical strikes. “When we carry out any surgical strike kind of operation we don’t keep any proof,” he said. Congress leaders Digvijay Singh and Rashid Alvi has been demanding video proof of surgical strike.
