Speculation is rife that Upendra is once again in touch with the BJP. Meanwhile Upendra Kushwaha says, "If Nitish Kumar asks me to quit the JD(U), I will not budge. I have taken responsibility and will fight to save this team. I am disappointed with the current situation in the JD(U). I can only advise the chief minister to identify who is his own and who is not.' On the other hand, Nitish Kumar said, "Have you ever seen that the discussions that take place within a political party are coming out again and again? People should talk within the group. It doesn't matter if someone leaves the team. ''
