Today is an occasion for all Indians to strengthen the constitutional traditions of the country and rededicate themselves to the resolve to build a New India. Salute to all the constitution makers and freedom fighters of India.' He also tweeted that, 'Wishing you all a very Happy Basant Panchami. May this festival bring knowledge, happiness, prosperity and joy in everyone's life, this is the prayer to Mother Sharda.'
