BY A STAFF REPORTER: Four people have been rescued after a cargo ship with 22 people on board sank in southwestern Japan's Nagasaki prefecture late Tuesday, officials said. Efforts are underway to rescue the remaining 18 crew members of the ship registered in Hong Kong. The Coast Guard identified the 22 sailors as 14 Chinese and eight Myanmar nationals.
