Traders can apply long butterfly tactics ahead of budget: Anand James

 In an interview, James said, "When you look at 10 years of data, 60 percent of the time in the Union Budget, metal stocks moved in the same direction as its 1-month pre-budget move. The trading structure is defined by the fall of the trading range, the slippage of the VIX, but the increase in micro volatility. This is understandable due to the reluctance of traders to usually make strong directional bets ahead of the Union Budget.​
