BY A STAFF REPORTER: Germany and France have pledged to help Ukraine as long as necessary and support efforts to prosecute war criminals. In a joint statement after a meeting of top government officials in Paris, the two countries said the focus would be on certain areas, including military aid and the economy, for Ukraine during the war with Russia.
