BY A STAFF REPORTER: Police are maintaining suspicious objects after receiving a warning of a bomb threat on a Ryanair passenger plane that landed at Athens International Airport. An official said the pilot of the Boeing 737 aircraft, with about 190 passengers and crew on board, alerted the authorities about a possible explosive device. The flight, which took off from Katowice in Poland for Greece, landed in Athens at 5:35 pm local time. As soon as the plane landed, the fire engines were ready. Later, the police searched the passengers.
