BY A STAFF REPORTER: Election commission of India has announced the dates for assembly elections in three states, including Tripura. Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha launched a door-to-door programme in Agartala on Sunday.
On this day, the Chief Minister met the people and exchanged views with them. CM Manik Saha said, "People have a lot of faith in the BJP government. People are happy. Tripura has undergone many developments including new highways, internet, waterways and infrastructure. People have a lot of faith in the BJP because they feel that the BJP government is transparent. Terrorism has come to an end in the state and now there is peace and prosperity. ''
