Jammu: Who is behind the twin blasts? High-voltage meeting begins

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Two explosions took place in Narwal area of Jammu. The question arises who is behind the twin attacks in Jammu? A high-voltage meeting already has begun. The meeting is chaired by Mukesh Singh, ADG, Jammu. Meanwhile, it is heard that the number of injured in the blast has increased to nine. Meanwhile, senior army officials have reached the area where two blasts took place today in Narwal in Jammu. Besides, a forensic team has arrived at the spot.
