BY A STAFF REPORTER: A Palestinian was shot dead by Israelis on Saturday, the Palestinian health ministry said. The Israeli military says a Palestinian man attempted to stab an Israeli at a settlement outpost in the West Bank. The settler then shot and killed the Israeli Palestinian man. The Palestinian Health Ministry identified tariq Mali, 42, and said he was shot and killed northwest of the Palestinian city of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
