ED raids TMC member's residence

BY A STAFF REPORTER: New twist in SSC Scam, now ED raids TMC member's residence today. On Friday, ED team has reached the house of Trinamool leader Santanu Banerjee. The ED said, "Shantanu's name came up after interrogating Tapas Mondal. The ED team is interrogating the TMC leader and his family for a marathon on Friday. Not only this, the ED officials are also questioning the caretaker and staff of the house. On the other hand, the CBI had recently alleged that tmc leaders collected more than Rs 100 crore from job seekers for appointment as teachers and staff in various government schools in West Bengal between 2014 and 2021. During interrogation by the CBI, Tapas Mondal, president of private colleges and institutions of the Association of Bengal, had accused Ghosh of collecting money from job seekers. On the other hand, tapas Mondal was questioned by the ED. Shantanu Bandopadhyay's name has come up after interrogating him.
