BY A STAFF REPORTER: Election Commission of India chief Rajiv Kumar on wednesday announced the dates for assembly elections in Nagaland, Meghalaya and Tripura. Rajiv Kumar says, "Voting for Assembly elections in Tripura to be held on February 16 & in Nagaland & Meghalaya on February 27; results to be declared on March 2."
