BY A STAFF REPORTER: A Shiva temple in Rajasthan collapsed after being hit by a JCB. At that time, some women who were going to worship in the temple were crushed under the temple. The incident took place in Karauli district of Rajasthan. Police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control. The locals helped in the rescue work. Construction of a pucca drain is going on around the temple.
For that purpose, a clay cutter was being used. To the locals, its name is JCB. From the construction site, the machine was being moved elsewhere with the broken materials. On Tuesday morning, while doing this work, the earth cutter went and hit the nearby Shiva temple. The old temple could not bear the shock of the huge iron machine. The temple collapsed.
