By A Staff Reporter : Hearing of DA case postponed in Supreme Court for 2 months.The hearing is delaying due to defects in the state's affidavit.The division bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice Dinesh Maheshwari said that the final hearing of the DA case will be held on March 15.Supreme Court directs the state to submit the affidavit free of defects.
