After flags off, PM says, 'Vande Bharat Express is a symbol of that India which wants the best of everything. It's a symbol of that India which wants to give better facilities to all its citizens. This is a symbol of that India which is heading toward self-reliance after coming out of colonial mindset. Vande Bharat Train is the symbol of the resolutions & capability of New India.'
