BY A STAFF REPORTER: Israeli troops killed two Palestinians on Saturday by firing from a car in the occupied West Bank. The Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the deaths of two people, aged 23 and 24, near the town of Jenin in the north of the West Bank.
