Man Breaches Narendra Modi Security Cordon To Give Him A Garland

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's security has been breached by a youngster, who ran towards the PM Convoy to hand him a garland in Hubbali. The young man can be seen pulled away by security personnel. The security breach happened during Prime Minister's roadshow in Karnataka's Hubballi ahead of the launch of the 26th National Youth Festival.
