Demand for the resignation of the Chief Minister is due to the collapse of the metro pillar in Bengaluru

By a Staff Reporter: The Congress has demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Basavaraj Somappa Bommai over the collapse of a metro pillar in Bengaluru on Tuesday. 

On this, Congress leader Soumya Reddy said, "Karnataka CM should resign. It is very shocking that a pillar under construction fell on a woman and a child. It is a clear case of negligence and corruption of BJP government. Bengaluru and Karnataka People are fed up."
