ICICI Bank-Videocon loan fraud case: Chanda Kochhar, husband Deepak released on bail

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Bombay High Court on Monday released former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar and her husband Deepak Kochhar in ICICI bank loan fraud case, saying that the petitioners were arrested not in accordance with law. The duo has been released on the bond of Rs 1 lakh cash each. The big relief comes ahead of their son's wedding, which is to be held on January 15.
