BY A STAFF REPORTER: Cold wave continued is several states of the country. In Delhi, the temperature dropped to 1 degree Celsius. Meanwhile, the IMD has issued a red alert in many states due to cold.
IMD Scientist Dr RK Jenamani says, "We have issued a red alert for Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and UP and an orange alert for Rajasthan and Bihar. There will be very dense fog. But there will be no more cold wave after January 10."
