BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree to implement economic sanctions against several Russian celebrities who supported the war. According to sources, 119 people have been targeted in this list, including Russian singers, actors and television personalities. Ukraine's presidential adviser, Mykhailo Podoliac, called the banned figures death campaigners.
