Joshimath: CM conducts a ground inspection of the affected areas

BY A STAFF REPORTER: There are concerns everywhere about joshimath town in Uttarakhand. According to reports, 500 houses in Joshimath have been reported to be unfit for living. Now the PMO is also reportedly monitoring the matter. Meanwhile, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Saturday visited Joshimath town in Chamoli district of the state and conducted a survey of the landslide-affected areas and met the affected families. The chief minister conducted an aerial survey of Joshimath before coming to the city. CM says, "Our effort is to keep everyone safe. Preparations have been made to make necessary arrangements. Our first task is to take people to a safe place. Geoscientists are working. The Guwahati Institute, also has IIT Roorkee, is in talks with ISRO. Everyone is finding the reason. ''
