Senior BJP leader tweeted that, 'Vande Bharat Express stoned for the second time in three days in West Bengal. Windows cracked. Railway Ministerji, please ask the Hon'ble CM (who is in charge of Law and Order) to provide a 'Raksha Kavach' for this train. Or else withdraw the train.'
