By a Staff Reporter: India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has given a message about the border problem with China from Vienna, Austria. He said, "We had an agreement with China not to deploy forces in our border area. But they did not honor those agreements.
That is why we have a tense situation now. We unilaterally made an agreement not to change the Line of Control. But they unilaterally did not honor it. They attempted to change control line".
