172 militants killed in 93 encounters at Kashmir

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In 2022, there were a total of 93 encounters between security forces and militants in Kashmir. ADGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar told reporters on Saturday says, A total of 172 militants, including 42 foreign militants, were killed in the encounters by security forces. The ADGP said that the largest number of these militants belonged to the Lashkar-e-Taiba militant group.
