BY A STAFF REPORTER: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugrate the Vande Bharat Express connecting Howrah to New Jalpaiguri through video conferencing. Meanwhile, the Howrah station premises have been cordoned off by security. BJP state president Sukanta Majumdar, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, MP Dilip Ghosh and Union Minister of State for Home Nishith Pramanik were also present at the inauguration. CM Mamata Banerjee also present.
