Kirti Azad reacts to PM Modi's tribal look, clash started between BJP-TMC

TMC and the BJP in a war of words over PM Narendra Modi's tribal dress. Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently visited Shillong, where he was seen dressed in traditional Khasi attire. And this time, former cricketer and Trinamool leader Kirti Azad has posted about PM Modi's attire and commented that what he wore on the occasion was a woman's dress. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma termed Azad's remarks as an insult to the culture of Meghalaya. BJP bengal's state president Sukanta Majumdar also targeted the TMC. He tweeted that, "Why is TMC determined to disrespect our tribal brothers and sisters? Trinamool minister Akhil Giri has made derogatory remarks against Hon'ble President Draupadi Murmuji and now another is misusing tribal attire to mock our Prime Minister. Why are they insulting indigenous peoples? Why so much hate?''
