India celebrates '71 victory over Pakistan

India celebrated their win over Bangladesh during the 1971 liberation war with General offucer commanding in chief Eastern Command Lt.Gen RP Kalita laying wreath at the Vijay Smarak in Fort William. City police commissioner Vineet Goyel along with host of senior officers of Indian army along with Bangladeshi delegation paid homage to the soldiers who died fighting for freedom of Bangladesh from Pakistan.
